Univar Food 2009 Program

Navigating new trends in the food and beverage industry, Univar gathers leading suppliers across the globe — building a portfolio of ingredients and tools that support customer innovation.

This is the sixth year we have created materials for the IFT event, which was held in California. A theme was created to catch the attention of current and prospective clients to 'Look Closer' at what Univar has to offer. {SDS} turned last year's book into an interactive tool that invites the viewer to dig deeper into Univar's resources. The interactive PDF allows Univar's clients to explore suppliers based on current food trends and instantly gain access to more in-depth information such as technical data and food formulations.

The interactive tool was placed on a USB drive and given away with a small introductory book. {SDS} created a movie to show the features and functionality of the tool to IFT attendees.

The Univar R&D team produced two new products to give away at the show, which {SDS} created labels and product cards for. The event was a huge success, forging relationships with more new customers than expected.
