Express Scripts
Express Scripts handles millions of prescriptions each year through Home Delivery. Program themes were created to encourage members to switch to home delivery when refilling their prescriptions. Applications included: postcards, letters, brochures, posters and flyers.
“Peace of Mind” was developed for the Medicare audience: Baby Boomers, Silent and GI generations. Each set of materials had a slightly different tone to appeal to the member’s age. “Take Care” utilizes bold color and copy to catch the eye. This concept has been targeted as a possible future program.
Materials for a concept called “More Time” were developed for a specific corporate member of Express Scripts. By request, we cannot show the materials, but the program components were extremely successful in converting employees to Home Delivery.
