Circa Properties is an urban real estate brokerage that is experiencing remarkable growth, even in a depressed market.

{SDS} designed the logo to support the concept for this brokerage, one that focuses on the history of St. Louis properties and neighborhoods. The logo references "when a building is born" and promotes historic neighborhoods on window graphics. The color palette, housing sell sheets, signage and interiors completed the brand program.
